Embodied Astrology

Working with our birth chart through an embodied lens helps us recognize challenges and supports, and innovate ways to navigate them with increasing consciousness, intuition, wisdom, and confidence. I work with Sidereal (Vedic) Astrology charts, taking deep exploratory dives into the archetypes found in the heavens (i.e., a planet, star, house, zodiac sign). Together we will discover how they show up in your body, creating a treasure trove of personalized information and direction. Using the senses, we uncover individualized messages and cultivate your personalized relationship with these influential celestial objects. The activities selected support the recognition of and communication with the astrological and archetypal undercurrents in our lives.

Preparation

This is the non-refundable initial fee that covers the running and rendering of your birth chart in preparation for use in psychotherapy or mentoring sessions. Please allow one week advanced notice for this process prior to your first session.

Astro-Psychotherapy

Our psychological sufferings offer an earthly reality for us to navigate demands and attune with what we are here to learn. Exploration of our birth charts sets us up with resources to facilitate success. Together, we will learn how to recognize and work with those tools to support your life.

Astro-Mentorship

$150

Mentorship is experiential, based on coming to know oneself by way of astrological education. Challenges we see captured in the chart lead to deeper awareness of the supportive elements therein to encourage growth opportunities.
